Shipping costs and delivery modes

Shipping costs are free in Metropolitan France according to the volume and the weight of your order. In Metropolitan France, shipping costs are free from 69€ (excluding voluminous products, free from 199€).

For other destinations, shipping costs will be calculated according to the destination and the order. The amount will be automatically put in your basket.

Delivery modes and fare:

24-48h Delivery after expedition at home or workplace in France (excluding weekend and public holidays) with a tracking available by email and text message with DPD Predict.

The maximum delivery date is indicated in your order. You will be informed by email with a link to follow the delivering process.

 1.   As soon as your order is sent, you will be notified by email. You will also receive a text message that will offer you time slots to make your delivery.

2.   You will choose your appointment by typing 1 or 2 to confirm your choice.

3.   The predicted Delivery Day, you will receive a reminder text message.

You have to indicate your mobile number to have access to this delivery mode. 

Parcel drop off points:

Would you like to pick up your package next to your workplace? That’s possible! Would you like it to be dropped off close to your house? Still possible! If you are rarely at home this is the perfect solution for you.

Carried out with Pickup Points, a DPD service.

Express Delivery the next day after shipment which allows you to collect your package when you want.

You can choose where to drop off your package among 5000 parcels drop off points in France.

You will be able to track down your package from a link that you will receive by email.

You will be informed by email or Text message as soon as your package is delivered in your parcel drop off point. The online tracking is also available from your Carptour.fr account.

You have to indicate your mobile number to have access to this delivery mode.

The maximum delivery date is indicated in your order.

Standard Delivery to Corsica:

Delivery under 3 to 5 days after shipment (excluding weekend and public holidays)

You will be able to track down your package from a link that you will receive by email.

You will be informed by email or Text message as soon as your package is delivered in your parcel drop off point. The online tracking is also available from your Carptour.fr account.

If you are absent, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. The delivery notice will ask you to set up a new free appointment with the delivery driver if possible.
